Hello FCS Families, Alumni, and Supporters!

The 2022-23 school year is in its second half and Fresno Christian is continuing our mission of raising, training, and equipping this generation of world changers. We find ourselves at an 8-year high in enrollment and at a 10-year fiscal peak. Momentum is the movement of a body/community and, in short, Fresno Christian Schools has Momentum!

Fresno Christian Schools was founded 45 years ago through the vision of four local churches that saw the need for a non-denominational Christian school for our community. The vision began a story that has equipped students to impact our government, businesses, churches, medical fields, military, law enforcement and many other areas not only in our community, but across the globe.

Momentum: The Next Chapter kicked off in the beginning of the 21-22 school year with two significant projects, eliminating previous building debt and installing solar to free up revenue to ensure that FCS continues to develop programs to meet the needs of our current and future students. The initial goal in the fall of 2021 was $3.9 million, of which $1.6 million had already been pledged or received.

The growing demand for a quality Christian education environment triggered a pivot in the focus of this campaign. Approximately 40 students who wished to attend FCS this school year weren’t able to due to a lack of space. There is a huge and early interest in enrollment for Fall 2023 with almost 90 applications on hand to date! FCS administration, with the blessing of the FCS Board of Directors, is focused on expanding capacity to facilitate space for 150-200 more students in 2023-2024.

Plans are underway to make this expansion a reality by this August. The price tag to accomplish this is $2.3 million, which expands capacity while keeping class sizes small, ensuring the individualized education experience our FCS families love.

Thank you for taking the time to peruse this website which contains details about where these funds will be spent which include not only the expansion and solar projects, but growth in academic programming, improved playing fields, updated campus security, and completion of our elementary playground.
